2. Description of Service

Bible Sleep provides the following services:

Audio playback of the King James Version (KJV) Bible
Ambient background sounds for sleep
Sleep timer with gradual volume fade
Chapter text reading display
Playback speed control
Reading progress tracking

3. User Eligibility

This app is available to users of all ages.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the app
Use automated systems to access the app

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscription Plans: Recurring access to premium features.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
Pricing: Prices displayed in local currency, may vary by region.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew unless canceled 24h before renewal.
Cancellation: Cancel via App Store account settings.
Refunds: Subject to Apple's refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, code, and trademarks are owned by Bible Sleep or our licensors. The KJV Bible text is in the public domain.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months, or $50 USD, whichever is less.
